Terms & Conditions

This competition is operated by Marcrist International Limited (“Marcrist”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

• Entry is open to persons aged 18 years or over.
• Entry is free of charge and no purchase is necessary.
• Only one account per person is permitted.
• Marcrist reserves the right to disqualify duplicate, fraudulent, or suspicious entries.

Participants predict football match scores and match results throughout the tournament via the official Marcrist Match Picks platform. Points are awarded based on prediction accuracy and tournament stage.

• Correct Match Result points are awarded for correctly predicting the match result (win, draw, or loss).
• Exact Score Bonus points are awarded in addition to the Correct Match Result points.
• Example: an exact score prediction in the Group Stage awards a total of 5 points.

All score predictions and match results are based on the result at the end of normal playing time only, including injury / stoppage time.

Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count towards score predictions, match results, or points allocation.

• Predictions must be submitted before the scheduled kick-off time of each match.
• Once a match has kicked off, predictions for that match are locked and cannot be amended.

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered unless determined otherwise by Marcrist.

A £50 Amazon voucher prize will be available for every match involving:

• England
• Germany
• Switzerland

This promotion applies throughout the entire tournament, including:

• Group Stage
• Round of 32
• Round of 16
• Quarter Finals
• Semi Finals
• Third Place Play-Off
• Final

Prize Rules

• Participants must correctly predict the exact scoreline of the eligible match.
• One £50 Amazon voucher winner will be awarded per eligible match.
• If multiple participants correctly predict the exact scoreline, the winner will be determined by the earliest valid prediction submitted before kick-off.
• Marcrist reserves the right to verify all entries and disqualify any suspicious or manipulated submissions.

Prior to the start of the tournament, participants will be required to predict:

• the tournament Golden Boot winner; and
• the tournament winner.

In the event that two or more participants finish level on total points, the following tie-break procedure will apply:

1. The participant who correctly predicted the Golden Boot winner will rank higher.
2. If two or more tied participants correctly predicted the Golden Boot winner, the participant who also correctly predicted the tournament winner will rank higher.
3. If participants remain tied after the above criteria have been applied, the final position will be determined by a random draw conducted by a Marcrist employee.

The decision of Marcrist shall be final.

Participants may choose to display either:

• their real name, or
• a custom team name

on the public leaderboard.

Marcrist reserves the right to remove offensive, misleading, or inappropriate team names.

Marcrist reserves the right to:

• disqualify participants using multiple accounts;
• remove fraudulent or manipulated entries;
• suspend accounts suspected of abuse or unfair conduct.

Marcrist reserves the right to:

• modify,
• suspend,
• cancel,
• or amend

the competition where necessary due to technical, operational, or unforeseen circumstances.

Marcrist accepts no responsibility for:

• technical failures,
• interrupted access,
• delayed submissions,
• or any loss arising from participation in the competition.

Participants may be given the option to opt in to receive:

• marketing communications,
• product updates,
• future competitions,
• and promotional offers from Marcrist.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Marcrist’s Privacy Policy. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

By entering the competition, winners agree that Marcrist may use:

• their name,
• company name,
• and / or team name

for reasonable promotional purposes related to the competition.

Marcrist Match Picks is an independent promotional competition and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with FIFA or any official football governing body.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
